OK, The throat is now more inline with sizing.
With a 2.125 valve you have a 90.5% throat.
Here is a photo of a chamber blended.
I need to work the seat more, but you get the idea.
Here is the flow curve on the intake.
I also included what Brodix claims for a goof.
Brodix numbers are with a 2.08 valve, BTW.
The 2.125 has a 33º backcut.
LIFT Brodix/ME
.200 154/149.7
.300 223/219.2
.400 270/272.2
.500 303/303.9
.600 312/318.7
.700 316/326.4
.800 N/Data/328

At the risk of getting the "flow don't mean squat" responses, 304 at .500 is pretty stout for a 23° head in my book.
As far as that 93.8% throat figure I saw on the other board, well........... even Linda Lovelace thinks that's big!! _________________

Damn Chad, i just happened to be flipp'n through here, sorry i missed this last week...slap me LOL!!
hey, it looks like clean metal...clean means fast right?? LMFAO!!!
I'm anxious for warm weather so we can see just how much these heads being foocked up really hurt me!!! but that looks killer thus far, just wish i woulda had more ambetion when all this went wrong a few yrs ago to get this stuff down to you, but time/money/frustration just did'nt let it happen. but i'm stoked to see this thing back together and running this season. I think 9's n the pump gas will be quite an easy feat with a lil bottle help...at least for the one pass anyways:)
I'll work on getting the intake down to you soon also. _________________
